What is the best shampoo and conditioning system for color protection? i currently use redken color extend, and ive been pretty happy with it, but i want to know if there's anything better.

Redken is great, but it extremly pricy! I use Treseme's shampoo and conditioner fcor color hair. It's not bad - like $4 or $5 but you get a huge bottle full that should last you a while. I love it because you can tell how it really cleans your hair and your hair never gets dull!What is the best shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair?
The best thing is to check the alcohol content. if that is one of the fist ingredients, then it will make your hair dry and brittle. I use Infusium brand but some say just plain old Dove works great.
