if you can not afford a professional the best thing to do is to go get a bottle of perrell in the green bottle probably your gram used it...it is the worst shampoo for your hair because it contains alot of color strippers and its high in alkaline matterials and use it, it will lighten and remove the color...goodluckHow do you remove the non-permanent hair color shampoo off your hair? ie: clairol naturals?
Seek professioal help, it is a Direst dye and you had to take into consideration the condition, porosity, and density of your hair BEFORE you apply'd it...........
