Edit: I know you're looking for something to add 'lights to your hair but if your hair is colored already this will help keep the color longer and more vibrant.
Aveda Madder Root Color Conditioner. This stuff rocks and really works. The other colors in the line don't work as well. This is for brunettes and redheads. Check out the reviews. It definitely deposits color. Not too much either. Love it.
